On 7/15/2013 Frankenmuth Insurance will be introducing changes to enhance Commercial Umbrella download with Applied Systems!

How does this enhancement impact my agency?

For Applied Systems users, this new feature will download Commercial Umbrella data directly to your Commercial Umbrella application rather than the Liability application.  This feature will be available to agencies that use Applied Systems version 10 or greater.  This enhancement will apply to Commercial Umbrella that is sent with BOP policies with support for CPP policies coming later this year.

To enable this new feature, your agency system administrator will need to go to the Company File Interface Setup screen in Applied and click on the Download Tab and then select Commercial Lines.  A list of Policy Type codes will be listed and they will need to make sure the Commercial Umbrella policy type code is entered.  Once complete, Commercial Lines download will flow directly to that application.
