To show our appreciation for all of your efforts, we would like to invite you to join us for our 2013 “Diamond Days.” Registration is now open for this year’s event which is exclusive to agency personnel.
This year’s “Diamond Days” event will be presented on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at Birmingham Barons Regions Field, which just opened in April, 2013. Regions Field is located at 2230 2nd Avenue South, Birmingham, AL 35233 (205-988-3200). The meeting will begin shortly after the gates open at 9:30 a.m. The meeting will be conducted in Party Suite #309, which will be followed by an 11:00 a.m. baseball game and picnic lunch.
To alleviate long travel time to attend the 9:30 a.m. meeting, we have overnight rooms available on Tuesday evening, June 25th at Courtyard Marriott Birmingham Hoover. The hotel is located at 1824 Montgomery Highway South, Hoover, AL 35244 (205-988-5000). Rooms are limited to one per agency (including agencies with multiple locations). If you would like to share a room, we can accommodate two people per agency based on availability of double rooms.
Reservations for the “Diamond Days” meeting, lunch, and baseball game are available on a first come, first served basis. Reservations are due by Monday, June 3, 2013.
