On 12/19/2012, a couple enhancements will be implemented to improve the use of the Renewal option for Commercial Lines available from the Policy tab in iBIS.

The first enhancement includes a new e-mail notification feature to make your agency aware when a renewal quote becomes available in iBIS.  These notifications will be sent to the generic Commercial Lines agency contact e-mail address we have on file.  To view the Commercial Lines e-mail address we have listed for your agency, click on the Administration tab, select My Settings and Agency Profile.

The second enhancement is the addition of the Renewal Premium column to the Renewal Index Screen.  This allows your agency to view a side by side comparison of the Expired Premium and the new Renewal Premium.
