You may have noticed during the last few months when calling extension 2400 for Changeline assistance your call was answered as “PL Support.”

Since Personal Lines endorsement processing is available to agents in iBIS, we have renamed “Changeline” to “PL Support.”   The primary responsibility of the staff has evolved to more accurately reflect a support function rather than to process changes on policies.  Our goal is to assist and educate agents with utilizing iBIS whenever possible for quoting and processing changes and to take care of items that you cannot process in iBIS.
