Frankenmuth Insurance today announces the availability of Blanket Waiver of Subrogation coverage for our Workers’ Compensation policies effective January 1, 2012. 

Form WC 00 03 13 – Waiver of Our Right to Recover From Others Endorsement may now be used to provide a waiver of subrogation on a specific or blanket basis.  The premium charge for blanket waiver is a percentage of the total manual premium, subject to a minimum premium charge.
