Effective 12/2/2011, a new feature has been added to iBIS generating Patriot Life solicitation letters based on information from your Personal Lines renewal report.  These solicitation letters can be leveraged to let your clients know the premium discounts they could realize on their Home and Auto policies by simply purchasing a Patriot Life policy.  Each letter is customizable to include your agency’s logo and/or letterhead.

We encourage you to utilize this option as a vital component of your agency marketing plan.  If you’d like assistance in developing such a plan, please call Senior Life Field Manager Rich Pomeroy at extension 2412.

To access these letters, a new “Renewals” option has been added to iBIS.  When this option is selected, the HP Patriot Life Letter and PA Patriot Life Letter options appear.  Upon selecting one of these options, a new window will open allowing a date range to be entered.  Once the dates have been selected, click on the “Run Query” button and the report will generate with the letters for all Personal Lines customers within the date range selected.  Simply click the Print Preview button in order to print the .PDF file.

This new Renewals option will also be expanded in the future to include various processing options for Personal and Commercial Lines.  Further notification will be provided when these expanded features are available.
