In April, we made the decision to delay the rollout of our new Commercial Lines systems to make additional improvements and ensure a fast and efficient experience for our agency partners. We recently released improvements designed to:

• Offer more streamlined processing

• Make workflows more intuitive

• Enhance navigation 

• Provide broader products for you, your staff and Frankenmuth Insurance customers

We continue to make progress on our objectives in preparation for deployment in Michigan. That said, we have not set a new launch date yet, but we’ll continue to keep you informed and give you plenty of notice before we launch.
