Key points when code 91340 Carpentry would apply:
1. Rough framing.
2. Constructing garages and decks in connection with homes/dwellings.
3. The construction of single or multiple family homes, three stories and under.
4. If the insured has employees engaged in interior carpentry duties, per above, but are active in building an entire residential home or any construction activity associated with non-interior carpentry duties(listed above) with insured temporary labor, then 91340 would apply versus 91341.
Key points when code 91341 Carpentry – Interior would apply:
1. 91341 will only apply if the insured engages in interior carpentry duties only and does not engage in any other carpentry of any kind. 91341 covers what the insured engages in for the entire project.
Key points when code 91340 Carpentry would not apply:
1. The construction of commercial sites such as strip malls, stores, residences over three stories in height.
2. If the insured engages in interior carpentry duties only, then 91341 would apply.
Key points when code 91341 Carpentry – Interior would not apply:
1. If the insured is engaged in any other carpentry duties other than interior only.
