Tropical Storm Nestor (formerly Tropical Cyclone 16) has been downgraded to a post-tropical cyclone, and it appears that the worst of the storm is behind us in the Southeast region. As a result of the downgrade, Frankenmuth Insurance is lifting the binding authority suspension in the following states effective immediately:

• Alabama

• Georgia

• Florida

• North Carolina

• South Carolina
