Upon request, Frankenmuth Insurance offers early calculation and disbursement of workers compensation policy dividends for the purposes of payment on premiums, including premium audits due.

To receive an early calculation and disbursement, please note the following requirements:

• Applicable only for Wisconsin workers compensation policies with a flat dividend.
• Early disbursement is only allowed for purposes of payment on premiums due.
• A written request from the agent or policyholder should be submitted to the Premium Audit team by emailing clpremiumauditleadership@fmins.com.
• To expedite processing, the agency should review the audit with the policyholder prior to requesting disbursement to ensure there will be no grounds for disputing it.
• The policyholder, or the agent on the policyholder’s behalf, will submit an attestation waiving the right to a future dispute of the audit.
