Have you ever wanted to respond to remarks from your Underwriter in iBIS? Effective 7/21/2011, you will be able to do so.

The following changes were made to iBIS as part of this enhancement:

1. The Remarks button has been removed from the New Business Index Screen and a new interactive Remarks Screen has been added for New Business and Endorsement transactions. The new Remarks screen allows for more collaboration between Underwriting and the Agency by displaying comments made both parties on the account in iBIS.

 

2. When Underwriting remarks exist the new Remarks screen will automatically display after selecting the Edit button from the Index Screen. The new Remarks screen will appear in the Go To menu after an account is returned to the agency with remarks from Underwriting. An optional Remarks field has also been added to the Agency Feedback screen.
