On April 9, 2014, a new Report Ordering Options Screen will be available in iBIS for Personal Auto. This screen will be available when Prepare for Submission is selected the first time, allowing Loss History reports to be ordered separately from MVRs.
How does this new feature work?
During the Prepare for Submission process you will be presented with a new Report Ordering Options screen that will allow Loss History reports (CLUE) to be ordered independently from the MVRs. Allowing the Loss History report to be ordered separately will enable your agency to determine if it wants to proceed based on its results before ordering any MVRs. You will also notice this new screen allows MVRs to be ordered on a per driver basis. Ordering Loss History on its own and MVRs on a per driver basis have the potential to save additional MVR expenses.
As part of this enhancement, the new Report Ordering Options screen will appear in the Go To menu once the screen is utilized. Also, if rules fire and not all 3rd party reports have been ordered, a new Order Remaining Reports button will appear at the bottom of the Agency Feedback Screen to ensure all Loss History and MVR reports are ordered prior to submission. If no rules fire, any remaining reports will automatically be ordered as part of the submission process.
We hope you find this new enhancement provides more flexibility within iBIS when ordering Loss History and MVRs. Please don’t hesitate to contact eBusiness Support at 1-800-234-1133 extension 3000 or send us an email at agencyservices@fmins.com.
