As the holidays approach and 2020 winds down, the time for new business submissions and issued life policies is coming to a close for the year. While our underwriting teams are working hard to get every last bit of business on the books, we want you to be aware of some important deadlines.

Property/Casualty Submissions
We ask that you submit any new business and premium-bearing endorsements no later than Monday, Dec. 28, 2020. As in years past, we will conduct special processing to book any policies issued and payments made up until 11:59:59 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 31, 2020. Commission payments will be processed on Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2021.

For any accounts that need to be referred to underwriting, please place a phone call or email to your underwriter to expedite timely processing. As always, the more lead time you can provide us, the better.

Life Issued Policies
To receive 2020 production credit, all issued life policies – with requirements met – must be paid by close of business on Monday, Dec. 28, 2020. Payments may be sent to:

If the customer is paying by EFT or credit card, those authorizations can be phoned into Policy Services at (844) 847-0793 no later than end of business on Monday, Dec. 28, 2020. Frankenmuth Insurance will be closed for Christmas from noon on Thursday, Dec. 24 until Monday, Dec. 28. We will also be closed on Friday, Jan. 1, 2021, for the New Year’s Day holiday.
