Here are the available preference options:

• Line of business notifications: Start tuning in to what is relevant to you and opt out of the rest. Select from Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Life, and Surety, and note that you can subscribe to multiple options.
• Frequency of notifications: You can opt to receive instant notifications or a weekly digest, consolidating all emails from that week into one message that will be sent on Fridays. Please note: Urgent messages, such as binding authority suspensions, will override weekly digest preferences.
