To reflect changes in reconstruction costs, Frankenmuth Insurance will reinstate an annual automatic increase on building limits for both commercial property and businessowner policies in our Commercial Lines Policy System. This increase will be effective starting with April 1, 2020 renewals and applied to all subsequent renewals.

The amount of the renewal adjustment will be determined by ISO’s 360Value, which reflects variations in reconstruction costs by state. This information is updated each year by location, in correlation with construction cost changes, to ensure reliable replacement cost estimates for our mutual customers.
