Our thoughts are with those impacted by the recent severe storms across Indiana. Our top priority is supporting you, our policyholders, when you need us most.

In response to guidance from the Indiana Department of Insurance, we’re providing temporary relief for policyholders across Indiana.

The following relief measures are in place from August 10 through October 17, 2026:

• No policies will be canceled for non-payment during this period.
• Late payment fees will be suspended during this period.
• Any policies canceled for non-payment on or after August 10, 2026, have been automatically reinstated with no lapse in coverage.

Please note that this is not a waiver of payment, but rather a temporary grace period intended to provide additional time for impacted policyholders to manage their accounts and maintain coverage during wildfire-related disruptions.

Once the moratorium ends on October 17, 2026, standard delinquency processes will resume.
