As we prepare to say hello to 2022, it is time to wind down our new business submissions for 2021. Underwriting works hard to get every new business submission into the books before the end of the year, and to stay on track, here are our deadlines:

Please submit any new business and premium-bearing endorsements no later than Tuesday, December 28, 2021. We will conduct special processing to book any policies issued and payments made up until 11:59:59 p.m. on Friday, December 31, 2021. Commission payments will be processed on Monday, January 3, 2021.

For accounts that need to be referred to underwriting, please place a phone call or email to your underwriter to expedite timely processing as soon as possible.

Frankenmuth Insurance will be closed for Christmas from Friday, December 24 until Tuesday, December 28. We will also be closed on Friday, December 31, 2021, for the New Year’s Day holiday.
