Frankenmuth Insurance is pleased to announce the removal of life age restrictions imposed in April 2020, in response to COVID-19. We will accept applications, depending upon the product, up to age 80, including tobacco use.

The temporary guideline for sub-standard cases up to a table four maximum will remain in effect and will postpone any case that during underwriting review is determined to have co-morbidity issues with COVID-19.

We will continue to monitor COVID-19’s impact and inform you of any changes in underwriting policies that may impact policyholders.
