To provide agents with the most up-to-date information from Frankenmuth Insurance, we have created varying Email Subscriptions options, allowing your agency to stay informed while also customizing what information you receive from our team. Effective Sept. 14, we’re pleased to introduce our new Loss Notification alert option, which informs subscribers of whenever a particular loss has a fatality and/or reached a payment threshold of $100,000 (including a combination of all reserves and payments).

To subscribe to these notifications, please visit log into iBIS/Agency Services and select the Administration Tab. From there, choose the Profile Information option and select Personal Profile to update your subscription preferences. In addition, license and security administrators can also request to have an agency staff member subscribed to these notifications as well.
