To ensure an optimal user experience in our systems, Frankenmuth Insurance is asking all its agency partners to begin to utilize Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge to take advantage of all the processing efficiencies and security capabilities these internet browsers have to offer.

This April, we are planning to upgrade our Agency Services website, which requires Chrome or Edge. To ensure your agency has a compatible browser available before our systems upgrade in late April, please begin to use either Chrome or Edge instead of Internet Explorer by Friday, April 3. After this date, agencies will no longer be able to access Agency Services using Internet Explorer.

Both Chrome and Edge are faster, safer and more compatible than other internet browsers as technology continues to evolve at a rapid pace. They also offer the latest protection features to keep your agency and customers’ information secure, which is important as data breaches and hackers become more prevalent.

It’s both quick and easy for you or your agency’s IT security manager to download and install the browser of your choice.
