Due to the continuing increase of building costs, Frankenmuth Insurance will reinstate the 4% automatic increase on building limits for commercial policies beginning with January 1, 2020 renewals. This will remain in effect until further notice. 

Previously, the automatic increase was suspended for commercial renewals effective June 1, 2018.
