The Agency Blog, located within Agency Services in iBIS, is Frankenmuth Insurance’s primary communication tool for providing information to our agency partners. In the past, we’ve encouraged our agency partners to subscribe to the Blog to ensure that important messages from our company are not missed. Recently, however, we realized that many of our agency partners are still unfamiliar with this platform and missing important communications, which is why we decided to automatically subscribe all our agency partners with active iBIS logins to the Agency Blog to raise awareness for this important channel.
If this is the first time you’ve received an email notification from the Agency Blog, you are now subscribed and will continue to receive email notification each time a relevant message for your agency is posted. On average, announcements and information of interest is posted on the Blog 1-2 times a week, however it’s rare that an agency in any given state is notified more than a few times a month.

- Helpful Reminders
- Process Changes
- System Enhancements
- Technological Advancements
- Meetings & Events
Blogs are arranged in order by the date they were posted, starting with the most recent post. Past blog announcements are also archived and can be searched. You can search by category or enter specific search terms in the search window on the right side of the Blog. You can also search by state, but please note that you will only be able to search within the states for which you have licensing authority.
We understand that our agency partners receive a significant amount of email, and you may choose to delegate one or two staff members in your agency to remain subscribed to the Blog and inform the rest of your agency of Frankenmuth Insurance news and updates. If this is the case and you’d like to unsubscribe to the Blog, just click on the “Remove me from list” button on the upper right side of the Blog. Please note: You can re-subscribe at any time by clicking that same button that will now say “Notify me.”
