As a result of the increasing threat posed by Tropical Storm Nate in our Southeast region, Frankenmuth Insurance is suspending binding authority as of noon Eastern Time on Oct. 6, 2017. This binding authority suspension will remain in effect until further notice and applies to new business as well as increases in limits or additions of coverage on in-force policies. 

States impacted by the suspension include:

  • Alabama
  • Georgia
  • Kentucky
  • North Carolina
  • South Carolina 
  • Tennessee

Home Office approval is required to override the suspension. We will continue to monitor the situation and inform you when the suspension is no longer in effect. Please contact your field manager or underwriter with any questions regarding this binding authority suspension.
