Frankenmuth Insurance is excited to announce its 2017 lineup of Commercial Lines training opportunities. Our Commercial Lines Training Classes are designed to help Agency Partners and staff improve their knowledge of Commercial Lines’ products to provide a better sales experience for our mutual customers.

Here is the schedule of upcoming courses:  

  • Class III: Wednesday, April 26, 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. (Registration begins on Wednesday, March 22)
  • Class I: Tuesday, May 9, 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. (Registration begins on Tuesday, April 4)
  • Class II: Wednesday, May 24, 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. (Registration begins on Wednesday, April 19)
  • Class III: Wednesday, Sept. 13, 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. (Registration begins on Wednesday, Aug. 9)

CL Class I

The CL Class I is an outstanding opportunity for you to become more familiar with our products, services and staff.

Who Should Attend: Agents or staff new to commercial lines’ products and/or Frankenmuth Insurance

Course topics:

  • Business Owners Policies (BOP)
  • Worker’s Compensation
  • Business Auto
  • Loss Control
  • Claims

CL Class II

Second in the series of Commercial Lines Classes, this course provides a great overview of several property coverages.  

Who Should Attend: Agents or staff with a minimum of six months Commercial Lines’ experience

Course topics:

  • Business Income
  • Property Exclusions/Extensions
  • Property Plus
  • Utility Services
  • Ordinance or Law
  • Equipment Breakdown
  • Blanket/Agreed Value
  • Insurance to Value (presented by Claims)
  • Loss Control

CL Class III

Our third course in the Commercial Lines’ series provides training on a number of our liability coverages. 

Who Should Attend: Agents or staff with a minimum of six months Commercial Lines’ experience

Course topics:

  • General Liability
  • Liquor Liability
  • Employment Related Practices Liability
  • Professional Liability
  • Additional Insureds
  • Certificates of Insurance
