For Home and Dwelling Fire policies effective 12/1/2014 or greater, new drop down fields for Wiring Type and Plumbing Type have been added to the iBIS Rating/Underwriting Screen.

How does this enhancement work?

For HO-6 and Dwelling Fire Unit Owners where the year of construction is 1965 or older, the Wiring Type and Plumbing Type will now be required at issuance.  In addition, Roof Type will now be required at issuance for all HO forms except HO-4 and HO-6.
