Please be advised, effective 8/1/2014, we are introducing new Named Driver Exclusion Endorsements.  The forms have been revised for added clarity and consistency.  The updated forms will require the insured’s signature, and in some states, they will also require the excluded driver’s signature.  We will be requesting new forms for all excluded drivers, and look for their return as follows:

•       New Business – The applicable form will be available to you in iBIS printable documents.  Please obtain signature(s) and return within 15 days of issuance.  The policy will be issued subject to receipt of the exclusion form.
•       Endorsements – The appropriate exclusion form will be sent to you to obtain signature for the excluded driver.  We ask for return within 15 days of the endorsement. 
•       Renewals – All current excluded drivers will need to sign the new form.  Unfortunately, we are unable to grandfather the old forms due to coverage language and state mandated requirements.  We ask for return within 30 days of renewal.
