On November 6,2013, several new enhancements will be available in iBIS when reporting claims through the First Notice of Loss feature.

The first enhancement is the iBIS screens have been redesigned with a brand new look and feel.  Adjustments were made to make the entry even more streamlined and easier to use such as:

* – New black asterisks (*) are next to the required entry fields.

* – A new yellow icon with an exclamation point (!) will appear for any data entry edits.

* – A new tree navigation feature on the left side of the screen for ease of use.

* – New File a Claim link on the Policy Index Screen when using Policy Inquiry

* – New search feature on the Notice of Loss landing page to pre-fill basic policy data

The second enhancement is Small Claims can now be submitted electronically from iBIS.  No more hassles with printing and submitting the Small Claim form that used to be available in .PDF format.

The third enhancement is the ability to submit File Attachments when reporting a First Notice of Loss or a Small Claim.  This will allow your agency to submit file attachments such as damage estimates or photos of damage when submitting your claim.  Please note for Small Claims, a file attachment of the repair cost is required upon submission.
