Effective November 1, 2011, we are making some minor adjustments to our personal lines auto rates.  We feel these changes are necessary to keep up with rising repair costs.  Specifically, we will be making the following adjustments: 

·         An overall base rate increase of approximately 1 percent will be administered

·         Minor adjustments will be made to discount percentages for Family, Multiple Policy, Anti-Lock Brakes, Good Student, and Auto Theft discounts.  These adjustments are being made in preparation for our auto multivariate introduction in the future.  The changes we are making as part of this auto review will assist in smoothing out any disruption later.
