Free Travel Assistance Service for PolicyHolders

Frankenmuth Insurance announced today that they will be providing their Homeowners and Personal Auto policyholders with free Travel Assistance services in the event they lose important identification or travel documents while at home or abroad. Partnering with the Arizona-based firm, Identity Theft 911(TM), Frankenmuth Insurance's policyholders will have access to a full-range of services and an international emergency hotline at no additional cost.
The services provided through Identity Theft 911 include the assistance of a personal advocate who works one-on-one to direct and assist policyholders through the challenges of identity and credit restoration. This can include placing credit fraud alerts with all three major credit bureaus, assistance in dealing with creditors and governmental agencies, and monitoring accounts for credit and fraud activity for a full year after the event.
