On the Links With Dori Carter

Dori Carter is a professional golfer competing this year on the Duramed FUTURES Tour.  A 2009 graduate of the University of Mississippi, Carter enters her rookie tour season with an impressive resume, including winning four varsity letters at Ole Miss, NCAA All-American Honorable Mention in 2008, 1^st Team All South East Conference in 2008 and 2009, and Ole Miss Intercollegiate Champion in 2009. 

Dori’s father, Len, and his agency, Valdosta Insurance Services, have partnered with Frankenmuth Insurance Company to sponsor Ms. Carter this season.  We’re excited to be associated with Dori and the Duramed Futures tour, and we look forward to following her progress throughout 2010.

Frankenmuth Insurance “A” rated by Weiss Ratings

For the 15^th consecutive quarter, Weiss Ratings (formerly TheStreet.com) has recognized Frankenmuth Insurance with an “A” or Excellent rating for financial stability. 

 

This honor is presented to less than one percent of the nation’s property and casualty insurers.  Weiss Ratings evaluates the financial strength of more than 12,000 institutions, including life, health and annuity insurers, property and casualty insurers, banks, and savings and loans. 

 

Unlike most other rating agencies, Weiss Ratings accepts no compensation of any kind from the companies it rates.  Weiss Ratings bought back the bank and insurance company ratings business, which it had sold to TheStreet in 2006.

We are pleased to announce Frankenmuth Insurance has again this year been named a “Top 10” insurance company for Ease of Doing Business.  The recognition comes as a result of a national survey conducted by Deep Customer Connections, Inc. The survey rated more than 250 property and casualty carriers and received input from more than 7,000 Agents throughout the country.

Frankenmuth Insurance has been ranked #1 according to the Michigan Association of Insurance Agents (MAIA) 10^th biennial survey.  Through this survey, member agents rate carriers in 38 areas, including service, claims, underwriting, compensation and agency contract.  Agents rate their companies on a scale of 1 (Poor) to 5 (Outstanding).

 

This year, our overall score was 4.20 – the second highest ranking in the survey’s history.  It is also important to note, Frankenmuth Insurance was ranked in the top five in all 11 sections of the survey and #1 in 18 of the 38 categories.
