Property Coverages
  • Eligibility Limit: Up to $10,000,000 in property value.
  • Golfer's Personal Property: $2,000 per occurance, $25,000 aggregate.
  • Pollutant Cleanup or Removal: Covers up to $25,000 for extraction from land or water.
  • Fine Arts: Covers up to $25,000 for paintings, pictures, statuary, and similar items.
  • Water Backup or Overflow: Covers up to $10,000 for items such as refrigerated food stock.
  • Electronic Data Processing: Covers up to $25,000.

Golf Course Property

Greens, Tees, Fairways, & Sand Traps.

Included:
$100,000 or $300,000 for Greens, tees, Fairways & Sand Traps.
$50,000 or $150,000 for Golf Course Property.

Option 1:
$250,000 or $500,000 for Greens, Tees, Fairways, & Sand Traps. $100,000 or $300,000 for Golf Course Property

Option 2:
$500,000 or $1,000,000 for Greens, Tees, Fairways, & Sand Traps. $150,000 or $450,000 for Golf Course Property

Liability Coverages
  • Pesticide or Herbicide: Optional limits ranging from $50,000 up to $1,000,000 for chemical applications.
  • Umbrella: Increased liability limits can be purchased up to $10,000,000.
  • Additional Insured: Covers your golf cart users, club members and volunteers.
  • Crime Coverage: Up to $5,000 limit for employee dishonesty, forgery & alteration, and theft of money & securities.
